Refund policy

At PED we stand by the quality and performance of our products. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase we'll make it right - no hassle. If in the event that the product was faulty (opened seal, excessively clumpy etc) we will send you a new order at no charge. If you didn't like the results from taking PED, we will refund you your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
